Steps for Making Sweet Soup with Lily, Lotus Seeds, and Tremella Fungus
Remove the core from the lotus seeds and soak all the dried ingredients in water for 1 hour.
Add an appropriate amount of rock sugar, cut 2 red dates into small pieces, and add an appropriate amount of goji berries.
Remove the soaked lotus seeds, add water and 2 slices of ginger, and bring to a boil.
Boil over high heat.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the soaked lily.
