Steps to Make Red Bean Egg Milk Ice Cream
Ingredients
Dissolve cornstarch in a little water and set aside.
Pour milk and sugar into a pot and heat until boiling. Remove from heat and let it cool to around 65 degrees Celsius.
Crack the egg into a bowl and beat until even.
While stirring, slowly pour the cooled milk into the egg mixture.
Continue stirring and heating.
While stirring, slowly pour in the cornstarch mixture.
Stir until thickened, then remove from heat and add the cooked red beans.
Stir until even, then add the vanilla powder and stir again.
Let it cool.
Put the mixture into an ice cream maker and start it. Pour the mixture into the feeding port.
Stir until the liquid solidifies, then stop the machine.
Scoop out a ball and decorate with cherry tomatoes.
