Steps for Making Red Bean Ice Cream
Ingredients
Crack the egg into a bowl and add sugar.
Whisk until foamy.
Add a little water to the starch and mix into a thin paste.
Heat the milk in a pot until boiling.
While stirring, slowly add the starch paste to the milk.
Continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the sweet red bean and stir well. Remove from heat.
After cooling slightly, add the egg mixture and stir well.
Add the vanilla powder and mix well. Let cool.
Pour the mixture into a silicone mold, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze until firm.
Remove from the mold and serve.
