Red Bean Pastry Cooking Steps
Prepare the ingredients and soften the oil.
Put the oil pastry ingredients into the bread machine and knead the dough.
Knead until a film is formed.
Knead the oil paste ingredients into a ball, wrap them in plastic wrap, and let them rest for 30 minutes.
Divide the red bean paste into 25g portions, and divide the oil paste and oil pastry into 10 portions each.
Wrap the oil paste with the oil pastry and seal it tightly.
Roll it into an oval shape.
Then roll it up and let it rest for a while.
Roll it out again, this time longer, and roll it up again.
Pinch the ends together and fold them towards the center, then flatten them.
Wrap the red bean paste, seal it tightly, flatten it, and make it about 9cm in diameter.
Divide it into 5 pieces, and use your fingers to pinch each petal into a point.
Use a knife to make two cuts near the center of each petal, not too deep. Apply some water in the middle, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
Bake in the middle of the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes. Cover with foil after about 6-7 minutes of baking so that the surface does not turn yellow.
Remove from the oven, remove from the mold, and let cool.
