Red Bean “Popsicle” Cooking Steps
Heat milk with sugar.
Add powdered milk and cornstarch.
Prepare three egg yolks.
Add egg yolks to milk.
Heat on low until thickened, set aside.
Whip whipping cream with sugar over ice water.
Combine milk mixture with whipped cream.
Add chocolate sauce.
Mix well.
Add red beans.
Fill molds.
Chill in the freezer for 4 hours.
