Steps to Make Red Bean Tangyuan
Glutinous rice flour and red bean paste
Knead into a smooth dough
Mix red bean paste with a little flour
Take a small piece of dough
Press flat and thin
Add an appropriate amount of red bean paste mixed with flour
Wrap it up
Roll into balls, with a diameter about the size of a one-yuan coin
Repeat to make the rest of the tangyuan
Bring a pot of water to a boil
Add the tangyuan, gently push them around to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot
Cook over medium heat until the glutinous rice dough turns from white to translucent, and they all float up, no need to add cold water in between
Remove and serve
