Prepare the ingredients
Add red cabbage to the rice, and add vinegar and sesame sauce
Mix well and set aside
Cut the sausage into small pieces and stir-fry, or use directly
Prepare the triangular rice ball mold, fill it with half of the rice, add pork floss and sausage in the middle
Add another layer of rice on top, cover it tightly with the rice ball mold and press it firmly
Turn the mold over and remove it, then wrap the rice ball with a small piece of seaweed.
