Except for water, put all ingredients in a bowl.
Wash the red dates and put them in a blender with 50ml of water to make date paste.
Pour the date paste into the bowl and mix well.
Mix until smooth without lumps.
Place baking paper in the baking pan.
Pour the batter into the pan, sprinkle the chopped red dates and walnuts on top of the batter (preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes).
