Prepare the ingredients.
Rinse the thawed red ginseng and cut it into slightly larger pieces than the edamame.
After washing the vegetables, cut the red pepper into small pieces, and finely chop the green onion, ginger, and garlic. Prepare a sauce by mixing sugar, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, cornstarch, and a little water.
Heat cooking oil in a wok and add the edamame.
Stir-fry until the edamame changes color, then add some water and salt. Cook until soft and then remove from heat.
Heat oil in the wok again, add the green onion, ginger, garlic, and diced red pepper. Stir-fry until fragrant, then add the red ginseng.
