Add 30g of red sugar and all ingredients except nuts and olive oil to the bread machine, start the kneading program until a smooth dough is formed
Add olive oil and continue with a kneading program
Knead until a nice gluten film forms
Divide the dough into two portions, with one slightly larger
Cut the walnuts and raisins into medium-sized pieces
Knead half of the nuts into the larger portion of dough
Both fermented doughs are divided into 4 equal parts
Roll a portion with nuts into an oval shape
Place an appropriate amount of reserved nuts and red sugar on top
Roll up from one end and seal
Roll out a slightly larger piece of dough without nuts
Place the prepared nut dough in the middle
Seal and shape
Repeat for all breads, then let them rise again
Use a sharp knife to make cuts on the risen breads, sprinkle with low-gluten flour, preheat the oven to 210 degrees, bake for 10 minutes, then bake for 30 minutes
