Steps for Cooking Red Sugar Oatmeal Cookies
Prepare the ingredients and quantities.
Prepare a clean, dry bowl and add instant oatmeal, low-gluten flour, red sugar powder, milk powder, salt, and black sesame.
Mix the ingredients in the bowl.
Add corn oil and water to the ingredients, wear disposable gloves and mix the ingredients into a dough. The dough should be slightly sticky but not wet.
Divide the dough into 9 portions, each about 30g. Roll each portion into a ball with both hands, then flatten it with the palm of your hand.
Place the baking tray in the middle of the preheated oven, and bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
Red Sugar Oatmeal Cookies are great to eat while still warm or cooled. Both textures are delicious.
