Cut 700g of lean pork into finger-thick strips, add onion, ginger slices, oyster sauce, black pepper powder, sugar, cooking wine, and appropriate amount of salt.
Marinate the pork in the mixture and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. If you like it more flavorful, you can marinate it overnight.
Wash and peel the red sweet potato, and cut it into diced pieces.
Place it at the bottom of the steamer for later use.
Mix 150g of red glutinous rice and 150g of white rice together.
Add salt, thirteen spices, and cinnamon powder to the mixture and stir-fry over low heat until cooked.
Grind the mixture in a blender for 3-5 seconds, leaving some small rice grains.
Dip the marinated pork strips into the rice flour.
Arrange them neatly in the steamer.
Steam for 60 minutes over high heat.
Serve the steamed rice noodle with pork and sprinkle some chili sauce on top if desired.
