Red Wine Lemon Shrimp Cooking Steps
Thaw and clean the butterfly shrimp, marinate with salt, cooking wine, ginger juice, crushed black pepper, and chicken powder for 30 minutes
Prepare the red wine lemon juice: mix red wine, sugar, white vinegar, and lime juice evenly
Heat salad oil in a small pot and add the shrimp
Remove the shrimp when they change color and drain the oil
Bring the prepared red wine lemon juice to a boil in a flat-bottomed pan
Cook until the sauce thickens
Coat the fried shrimp with the sauce mixture
Plate and serve
