Detailed Steps for Cooking Reduced-fat Meal: Cooked Tender Corn
For a single dinner, it can be as simple as cooking a tender corn and pairing it with a cup of milk, which is a standard reduced-fat meal.
Cut the tender corn into 4 sections, open the sandwich maker, and use a pot to cook. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, and boil the tender corn over high heat. As it is already cooked corn, it can be cooked until boiling. The tender corn is produced by my sister’s family and frozen after the autumn. I brought back a lot of them when I visited her house some time ago and will eat them slowly. If you want to eat tender corn, you can’t buy it in the supermarket, but it is available online.
If you want to pair it with milk, turn off the heat and directly pour the milk into the pot and heat it up. I don’t like milk at room temperature, so I always heat it up. You can also warm it up in the microwave.
Done. This tender corn is not small, and it can be eaten without pairing with milk.
You can pair it with a cup of milk and oatmeal. (Optional)
