Step-by-step Cooking Instructions for Rice Soft Bread
Mix warm water, egg, salt, and sunflower oil together, manually stir to combine.
Add half of the flour, sprinkle half of the yeast, then add the remaining flour and yeast. Start the bread machine kneading program for 40 minutes. The kneaded dough can be fermented directly in the bread machine or sealed in a container for fermentation, about 40 minutes in summer and delayed in winter.
Take out the fermented dough, deflate it for the second time.
Prepare cold cooked rice.
Roll out the dough, evenly sprinkle with cooked rice.
Roll up from one side to form a cylindrical shape.
Divide the dough into evenly sized pieces for consistent baking.
Take a piece of dough and roll it into a thick noodle, cross it with both hands from different directions, then join the ends to form a twisted shape.
Line a baking tray with foil, place the bread dough, set the oven to fermentation at 40 degrees for 60 minutes. When the dough doubles in size, brush with beaten egg.
Sprinkle with desiccated coconut or dried fruits according to preference, place the baking tray on the middle rack, set the oven to convection mode, top and bottom heat, at 160 degrees for 25 minutes.
