Roast Chicken Cooking Steps
Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks, boil the broccoli in salted water until cooked, then mix spices, black pepper, minced garlic, and salt with olive oil to make a marinade. You can marinate the broccoli with the marinade, assuming you prefer strong flavors.
Coat the potato chunks with the marinade, remember to soak the cut potatoes in water first as they have a lot of surface starch.
Clean the whole chicken, do not cut it open, just dig a hole and stuff it with the coated potatoes (this turns out very delicious when roasted).
Then spread the remaining marinade on the chicken, marinate for 3 hours.
Preheat the oven for 5 minutes, then roast the whole chicken at 250 degrees for 10 minutes, take it out and brush a layer of honey, then roast at 200 degrees for 50 minutes, take it out and brush honey again, roast at 250 degrees for another 10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. In the last 10 minutes, I placed tomatoes and broccoli underneath, and this grand meal is complete.
