Thaw the icefish fillet, then clean it thoroughly.
Pour appropriate amount of seasoning on the fillet, wear disposable gloves, and mix the seasoning evenly. Marinate for more than four hours, flipping the fillet a few times in between.
Line the frying basket with aluminum foil, brush cooking oil on top, and then place the marinated fish on top.
Preheat the frying basket, put in the fish fillet, and set the temperature to 200 degrees Celsius for ten minutes.
