Detailed Steps for Making Roasted Pork Slices in Foil
Shiitake mushrooms, marinated snowflake pork. Rinse the lean meat and pat dry, then use an iron skewer to evenly pierce holes in the meat. Place in a large bowl and set aside. Wash and crush the ginger, mix with all the seasonings in a bowl, then marinate the snowflake pork mixture for over 8 hours.
Rinse the shiitake mushrooms and cut them crosswise.
Cut the snowflake pork into thick slices.
Rinse the kelp, place a large piece of aluminum foil on a flat surface, then lay the kelp on top.
Layer the shiitake mushrooms and snowflake pork slices on top of the kelp.
Wrap the foil securely.
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius with the top and bottom heat on. Place the meat rack in the middle and roast for 40 minutes, then pour out the liquid from the roasted meat in the foil.
Re-wrap in foil and roast for another 40 minutes.
