First, mix the milk and granulated sugar and heat them in a double boiler until the sugar dissolves.
Add the cheese slices and stir until melted.
Add the butter and whipping cream, and stir until melted and mixed well.
The mixture is a bit thin after stirring. Chill it in the refrigerator until it is completely cooled. It will become thicker and easier to spread on the toast.
I made the toast myself. Prepare four slices and place them on a baking sheet. It is better to line the sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleaning. Then spread a thick layer of cheese mixture on top of the toast. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
