40g sugar; 30g almond slices; 40g water; 20g butter.

Steps to Make Roman Shield Cookies
First, make the almond filling. Put sugar and water in a stainless steel bowl and cook over low heat until thickened, then add butter and almond slices and mix well for later use.
Then mix butter and powdered sugar evenly.
Add egg liquid and milk and mix well.
Add sifted low-gluten flour and mix well, then put it in a disposable piping bag.
Pipe onto a golden plate.
Put the almond filling in the middle.
Bake in the oven at 175°C for the upper tube and 150°C for the lower tube for 18-20 minutes.
