Steps for making Rose and Tremella Soup
Prepare all the ingredients; (soak the Tremella in cold water in advance).
Peel and cut the fruit radish into small pieces.
Pour water into a clay pot, tear the Tremella into small pieces and add it to the pot. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium-low heat for 45 minutes.
When the Tremella is soft, add the fruit radish, rock sugar, and a little dried rose petals to the pot and cook together.
