Flour: 65g; Sugar: 30g; Strawberry Jam: 50g; Baking Powder: 1 tsp; Baking Soda: 1 tsp; Egg: 1; Milk: 30g; Corn Oil: 30g; Warm Water: 60g; Salt: 1/2 tsp.

Butter: 60g; Powdered Sugar: 120g; Milk: 1 tbsp; Pink Food Coloring: 2 drops.

Steps to Make Rose Cupcake
Prepare all ingredients.
Mix all dry ingredients from the main ingredients.
Mix the remaining ingredients from the main ingredients, then combine and mix into cake batter.
Pour into muffin pan, bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, and it’s done when a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
Now, let’s make the buttercream.
Whip the butter for about 1 minute, then add the sugar.
Continue mixing for about 2-3 minutes until the color turns white and creamy. If it’s too thick, you can add a small amount of milk gradually.
Take out a quarter, add 2 drops of pink food coloring, and mix.
Transfer to a piping bag, flatten.
Then unfold, add the remaining buttercream frosting in the middle.
Pipe out the shape of a rose, swirling from the center outwards.
This technique creates a beautiful outer layer for the rose.
