Steps for Cooking Rose Grape Nougat
1. Pour the ingredients granulated sugar: 35g, salt: 1g, water: 50g, maltose: 275g into a pot and cook until it reaches 134℃.
2. Mix the ingredients egg white powder: 25g, sugar: 12g, water: 25g with a hand mixer until it forms 80% chicken tail shape.
3. Pour the mixture from step 1 into the mixture from step 2.
4. Mix well and add the ingredients butter: 50g, condensed milk: 3g, milk powder: 87g in sequence and mix well.
5. Mix until it reaches this state.
6. Spread the ingredients dried rose petals: 1g, raisins: 150g on a non-stick cloth, then pour in the mixture from step 5 and mix well.
7. Fold it in half.
8. Roll it flat with a rolling pin.
9. Cut it into strips, about 4.5cm long, 1.2cm wide and 2.3cm high.
