1. Place sifted almond flour, powdered sugar, and rose petal powder in a container, then add rose-colored essence and 25g of egg whites. Mix thoroughly with a rubber spatula and set aside.
2. Beat 60g of egg whites in a container until stiff peaks form.
3. Boil granulated sugar and water in a container, stirring constantly until it reaches a boil.
4. Heat the mixture from step 3 to about 110°C.
