Steps for cooking Rose Milk Stewed Fish Maw
Wash the fish maw and place it in a small bowl with ginger slices at the bottom. Steam for 5 minutes.
Remove and soak in cold water in the refrigerator for more than 8 hours.
Rinse the soaked fish maw and cut it into small pieces.
Place the fish maw in a stewing bowl and add rock sugar.
Then pour in the milk.
Cover the stewing bowl and stew in water for one hour.
After taking it out, stir well and add dried rose flowers to soak.
