Steps for Making Rose Pudding
Prepare milk, sugar, agar, roses, and egg yolks.
Soak the agar in warm water for half an hour.
Put milk, egg yolks, and sugar in a container.
Beat with chopsticks and cook on the stove until done.
Add whipping cream and crushed roses, and stir well.
Cook the agar in a pot until it dissolves.
Then pour it into the milk mixture and stir well.
Pour the hot milk mixture into a mold and let it cool before removing it.
Finally, sprinkle some roses on top for decoration.
