1 apple; 2 sheets of puff pastry.

50ml lemon juice; 1 cinnamon stick; 2 tablespoons raspberry jam.

Steps to Make Rose Puff Pastry Rolls
Prepare all the main ingredients.
Remove the core of the apple and slice it thinly;
Mix the apple slices with lemon juice in a pot, add a cinnamon stick and some water, cook over low heat for 3 minutes, then remove the apple slices and let them cool. (Mix the raspberry jam with a little water and cook for 3 minutes, then mix well and set aside.)
Cut the puff pastry into 3-4cm wide strips, arrange the cooled apple slices in a half-moon shape;
Spread a layer of cooked raspberry jam on top;
Roll up from the side, not too tightly, and roll into a rose shape;
Place in a muffin mold and spray some water on top;
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, bake for 25-30 minutes.
