Rose Salt

Rose salt is a type of rock salt that mainly comes from salt mines in Pakistan. This type of salt mine contains a relatively high amount of iron and other minerals, which gives it a distinctive pink color and hence the name “rose salt”. Commercial rose salt comes from such salt mines and is unrefined, preserving the minerals and color as well as larger particles. In short, rose salt is an unrefined, impure, and pink-colored coarse salt.

Nutritional Value

It contains over 70 essential minerals and trace elements for cell survival and can also enhance the carrying and conversion of carbon monoxide.

Benefits of Consumption

Top-grade culinary salt: Rose coarse salt remains in a tight crystalline state when unground, which can isolate air and oxidation. When used in cooking and freshly ground, it can provide the freshest and most complex taste.
Intake of natural minerals and trace elements: Rose salt is rich in 84 natural minerals, providing a balanced intake of nutrients for the body.
Release negative ions and purify the air: Rose salt can release negative ions when heated slightly, which can freshen the air and absorb moisture. Salt lamps made from rose salt ore are particularly popular among SPA aromatherapy and meditation enthusiasts.
Bath salt: Purify the skin, promote skin metabolism, and relieve nervous tension.
