Steps for Cooking Rose Smoked Chicken
Wash and debone the whole chicken and hang it for 2 hours.
Massage the chicken to make the meat more tender, then apply chicken essence and cooking wine evenly.
Marinate for 2 hours and set aside.
Do not turn on the heat first, put garlic, ginger, rock sugar and garlic in the pan.
Then pour in 200ml of Haitian fresh soy sauce without adding water because the soy sauce I bought is not salty.
