Ingredients:
1 egg; 30g sugar; 50g unsalted butter; 10g cornstarch; 40g low-gluten flour; 2g baking powder; 30g raisins.
Additional ingredients:
30mL rum.

Steps for making Rum Raisin Cake
Prepare the ingredients
Soak the raisins in rum for 1 hour and drain
Beat the egg and set aside
Cream the butter and sugar, slowly add the egg mixture and beat until fluffy
Add the flour mixture
Mix until no dry flour remains, then add the raisins
Mix well
Fill the paper cups 80% full (I also added some melon seeds on top)
Place in a preheated oven, middle rack, top and bottom heat, 180 degrees, for 20 minutes (time and temperature are for reference only)
The cake will rise and turn golden brown, then remove from the oven
Let it sit for 1-2 days for better flavor
