Prepare the filling: Soften the cream cheese, add sugar, mix well. Beat with an egg beater on medium-high speed until fluffy. Then add the strawberry jam and mix. Whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form, then mix with the strawberry jam.
Divide the cake into 2 layers. Spread strawberry filling on the bottom layer. Place the other cake layer on top.
Prepare the yogurt mousse for the top layer: Whip the whipping cream with sugar, melt the gelatin sheets and mix into the yogurt, then pour into the whipped cream. Finally, add a light blue color. The mousse mixture is ready. Unfortunately, there is no photo for this step.
