Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions for Saint Fruit Dragon Fruit Enzyme
One hour before, turn on the power of the enzyme machine and activate the air purification and sterilization function.
Weigh 400g of sugar using an electronic scale, dissolve it in a 3L container of purified water or enzyme water, and set it aside.
Soak the Saint Fruit in diluted eco-enzyme for 45 minutes.
Activate the bacterial powder by adding it to a measuring cup with water at around 35°C, let it dissolve.
Peel and slice the dragon fruit, weighing 250g.
