Main Ingredients: Salmon, Shrimp, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Carrot, Mashed Potatoes.
Heat the pan with butter, stir-fry the salmon and shrimp until 80% cooked. Then blanch the vegetables, stir-fry until fragrant, and season with a little salt.
If you don’t have a large baking dish, you can use aluminum foil to line the baking pan and spread the rice on it.
Spread the mashed potatoes on top.
Then place the salmon, shrimp, and vegetables on top.
Finally, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven. Putting cheese on top of the vegetables is a good way to deal with picky eaters like my son who doesn’t like to eat vegetables.
