Detailed Steps for Cooking Salmon Cheese Pasta
Ingredients image.
Cook the pasta. I recently started boiling pasta in cold water, which saves time. Put the pasta in cold water, let it boil slightly, and it’s ready, no need to watch the clock and boil for ten minutes. You can add some salt while boiling the pasta.
Cook the peas. I use fresh peas, if you have pre-cooked peas, you can skip this step.
Season the salmon with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Drain the cooked pasta and rinse with water. Make sure to drain the pasta well, as the hollow part tends to hold a lot of water. After rinsing, mix with olive oil.
Cook the salmon in a pan. Avoid flipping the fish too soon, wait until it sets before turning to prevent the fish from breaking apart.
Squeeze some lemon juice over the cooked fish.
Add some olive oil.
Shred the fish with a fork.
Combine the cooked peas, pasta, and fish together,
Add some cheese and mix well.
Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in the oven at 220 degrees on the middle rack until golden brown.
