Prepare the ingredients, I used Golden Bridge low-gluten wheat flour, with soft wheat milling process.
In a grease-free and water-free mixing bowl, add softened butter and powdered sugar, beat until fluffy.
Add softened cream cheese, continue beating.
Add egg yolk, continue beating.
Beat until well combined.
Sift the flour into the mixing bowl.
Mix until no dry flour remains.
Steam the salted egg yolks in advance, then sift into the mixing bowl.
Combine well, shape into a cylindrical form with parchment paper, and freeze in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Slice after returning to room temperature, approximately 0.7cm thick.
Place in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 18 minutes.
Freshly baked.
