Steps for Cooking Sauce Grilled Pork Chop
Wrap the baking tray with aluminum foil, place the oiled pork chops on the grill, and set aside.
Wash the potatoes and slice them thinly. Steam the potatoes until they are soft. You can use chopsticks to test if they are cooked. Then put the steamed potatoes and avocado into a blender to make a puree. Alternatively, you can put them in a bowl and mash them with a large spoon. Set aside.
Boil the asparagus in boiling water, add some cooking oil to keep the vegetables bright, and add some salt to make the asparagus more flavorful. After cooking, set aside. (The avocado is put in the mashed potatoes. Of course, if you don’t like it, you can skip it.)
Mix the BBQ sauce, honey, and salt together. Brush the mixture on the pork chops. Reserve the remaining sauce. Bake in a 400°F oven for 10 minutes, then switch to 350°F and bake for another 20 minutes.
In the middle of grilling the pork chops, put the mashed potatoes into a pot, add milk, whipping cream, butter, and cheese, and cook (you can skip the cheese if you don’t like it). Add a little salt and black pepper while cooking. Remember to stir while cooking until it becomes a paste.
Appetizers, main dishes, and desserts are essential in Western cuisine, so I also made a plate of Caesar salad. The ingredients needed are croutons, salad dressing, and cheese (I’m sorry, I don’t know what Caesar means in Chinese). This is very simple, and everyone can make a salad, haha.
