Steps for cooking Sausage and Black Currant Rice
This is the measuring cup used.
Wash the rice and millet thoroughly. The ratio of rice to millet is 2:1.
Cut the Guangdong-style sausages into small pieces.
Soak the rice and millet in water for 10 minutes. Add the sausages and start the rice cooker.
Let it braise.
Wash the black currants with warm water to remove any dirt.
Add the black currants when the rice is almost done. Continue to braise the rice.
The rice cooker will automatically finish cooking when it’s done.
