Steps to Make Sausage and Pork Floss Two-Tone Egg Roll
Prepare the ingredients.
Use a mold to cut the ham slice into a flower shape.
Separate the egg yolks and whites from two eggs, add a pinch of salt, and mix.
Grease a pan (medium heat), pour the egg yolks in batches, add pork floss and sausage on the egg pancake.
Once set, roll up the egg yolk pancake.
Pour the remaining egg yolk mixture, let it set, and roll up again.
After rolling the egg yolk, place the ham flower slices on top and cut the green onion into small strips to make flower leaves (as shown).
Pour in the egg white mixture and bake until set.
Roll it up to reveal a beautiful pattern.
Let it cool slightly before slicing to see the distinct layers, visually appealing and delicious, perfect for kids.
