Detailed Steps for Making Sausage Bread
Step One: Mix all ingredients (except butter) to form a dough. If you have a mixer at home, you can add salt and butter last.
Step Two: I won’t show this step, as everyone should know it, roll the dough into a long strip.
Step Three: Place the sausage on the long strip and roll it up.
Step Four: After rolling, brush with egg wash and place in the oven. I used 100g dough for each, bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
