Press into various favorite flower shapes with a mold, or use a decorating bag with an eight-tooth decorating tip to make them.
Preheat the oven to 180℃ with both upper and lower heat, adjust the upper heat to 170℃ and the lower heat to 165℃, and bake on the middle rack for 20 minutes. When the edges of the cookies turn brown, turn off the heat and let them sit for another five minutes to become crispy. Then take them out of the oven and let them cool.
The finished product is not too salty, greasy, or heavy. It is relatively economical and the classic ratio is reasonable.
