Soak the dried wild sea cucumber in cold water until soft, then simmer over low heat for about twenty minutes. Remove, cool, clean the insides, and repeat the process until the sea cucumber is tender. Place in ice water with ice cubes and refrigerate for three days;
Cut into long strips.
Prepare broccoli and scallion, wash the broccoli, and cut the scallion into sections.
