Scallion Pork Floss Corn Cake Cooking Steps
Prepare the ingredients (cornmeal, self-raising flour, sugar in a bowl).
110ml of milk.
Add the egg and mix.
Add milk and mix until smooth without lumps.
Pour into molds or baking cups, fill them 80% full.
Sprinkle pork floss, scallions, and sesame seeds on top, preheat the oven to 180 degrees for five minutes.
Place in the lower part of the oven at 160 degrees and bake for 20 minutes (be careful as pork floss can easily burn, adjust the heat if needed).
After 20 minutes, increase the temperature to 180 degrees, cover with parchment paper, and continue baking for 10 minutes (covering with parchment paper prevents the pork floss from burning).
Rich scallion flavor on the outside, golden and fluffy inside, delicious and easy to make.
