Put all-purpose flour and whole wheat flour in a bowl
Add yeast that has been dissolved in warm water to the flour
Add appropriate amount of warm water and stir with chopsticks until it becomes cotton-like
Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and put it in a warm place to ferment
Take out the dough when it has doubled in size
Put some salt and pepper, chicken powder, salad oil and scallions in a small bowl and mix well (scallions can also be added later)
After deflating and kneading the dough, roll it into a rectangular shape with a rolling pin
Spread the seasoning and scallions evenly on the dough
Gently roll it up and wet the bottom to stick it together
Divide it into fourteen equal parts
Stack two pieces of dough together and press them down with chopsticks in the middle, making seven in total
Add warm water to the pot, put the dough in the steamer, cover it and let it ferment for another 20 minutes
After fermentation is complete, steam on high heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it sit for 3-5 minutes
