Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt evenly
Pour softened butter in
Rub them together into coarse cornmeal texture with hands
Pour in 2/3 of the water, mix evenly with a scraper
Then pour in the remaining water, mix well, then knead into a dough, do not overwork
Place a piece of plastic wrap on a cutting board, pour the dough on it, and cut into two pieces
