Steps to Make Scrambled Egg Pancake
Prepare the ingredients, forgot to take a picture of the butter
Beat two eggs in a bowl and add appropriate amount of sugar to whisk until fluffy
Add melted butter, milk and flour to the egg mixture and stir well
Pour the egg mixture into a frying pan and fry one side. I used high heat and it was done in a moment. If it’s your first time, you can use low heat to fry it until it’s fully cooked.
Flip the pancake over and fry the other side. This is what the back looks like.
Stack the pancakes together, cut them into squares and drizzle with condensed milk. Enjoy!
