White rice porridge: 3 bowls; Frozen conch: 3 pieces; Shrimp: 10 pieces.

Salt: to taste; Green onion: 1 stalk; Cooking wine: 1 teaspoon; Oil: 1 teaspoon.

Detailed Steps to Cook Seafood Congee
Slice the conch thinly, add a little salt, 1 teaspoon of cooking wine and oil, mix well to remove any fishy smell.
Thaw the shrimp (forgot to take a photo), chop the green onion.
Bring the white rice porridge to a boil in a small pot.
Add the shrimp and sliced conch.
Cook until the shrimp changes color. (Once the shrimp changes color, turn off the heat. Do not cook the sliced conch for too long, or it will become tough like rubber.)
Sprinkle with chopped green onion, mix well, season with salt, and it’s ready. (You can also add some ginger shreds, but I didn’t because my daughter doesn’t like it.)
In less than 10 minutes, delicious seafood congee is ready.
Serve a bowl for a delicious and warming meal.
