Seafood Medley Cooking Steps
Prepare the ingredients, scrub the oysters clean, wash the oyster meat, peel the squid, and clean the clams in advance.
Trim the shrimp by removing the shells, legs, and veins, rinse with water, drain, clean the shrimp, and devein. Place in a baking dish and set aside.
Cut the squid open and make cross cuts on the inner side.
Cut into pieces, mix Korean chili paste, oyster sauce, salt, 1 tbsp oil, 1g pepper, and cooking wine to make a sauce.
Coat the squid in the sauce, marinate for 10 minutes.
Place in the baking dish.
Mince the garlic.
In a pan, add 3 tbsp salad oil, sauté the garlic over low heat until lightly golden and fragrant.
Remove from heat, add 2g salt, 2g pepper, mix well.
Evenly spread half of the garlic on the shrimp, mix the other half of the garlic with green onions and red chili peppers.
Place the oysters in the baking dish, evenly spread the garlic on top.
Arrange the clams in the baking dish.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius, place the oysters and clams on the lower rack, shrimp and squid on the upper rack, bake for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, remove the squid and clams, sprinkle seasoned salt evenly on the clams, continue baking the shrimp and oysters for another 5 minutes, then remove and plate.
