Seafood Pizza Cooking Steps
Combine high-gluten flour, low-gluten flour, yeast, improver, sugar, milk powder, and salt in a bowl.
Mix milk and egg evenly and knead the dough.
Melt the butter in a double boiler.
Add the milk and egg mixture to the bowl, then add the melted butter.
Knead into a smooth dough, let it rise until doubled in size.
Divide the dough into four parts, roll one into a round shape.
Place it in a pizza pan and spread pizza sauce on top.
Start by adding a layer of shredded cheese, then add diced green bell pepper, diced red bell pepper, diced ham, shrimp, sliced onion, and more shredded cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
