Detailed Steps for Making Seaweed and Pig Trotter Soup
Prepare the required ingredients (soak the seaweed shreds for half an hour, then wash them)
Bring water to a boil in a pot, then add the pig trotters
Add yellow wine, boil over high heat until the pig trotters turn white, then remove and wash them clean for later use
Slice the ginger and set aside
Place the desired pig trotters in the pressure cooker inner pot
Add the seaweed shreds
Add the ginger
Add enough water to cover the pig trotters
Place in the pressure cooker, press the tendon button to start cooking the soup, wait for a few minutes, then release the pressure and open the lid
