Steps for Cooking Sesame Meat Pie
Prepare the ingredients: ground meat, garlic, and fermented dough. (Put appropriate amount of water, flour, and yeast into the bread machine to ferment the dough.)
Chop the garlic; add salt, oil, cooking wine, soy sauce, and cumin powder to the ground meat.
Stir the ground meat in one direction until it becomes firm.
Take the dough and knead it into a long strip, pinch off small pieces, roll them out thinly, and make them round.
Put the chopped garlic into the bowl of ground meat.
Put the filling in the middle of the dough.
Pinch it into a bun shape, with the sealed side facing down, and gently press it down.
